Highway Patrol is an elite strike force fighting violent crime on city streets. They also operate a motorcycle drill team. Highway Patrol no longer patrols the city's highways - that job has been transferred to the Traffic Division and Expressway Patrol ( and now the PA State Police). Truck Enforcement duties has also been transfered to the Traffic Division.
